Takeaway menu
The menu can vary slightly from week to week- we try to introduce specials as often as possible. These are our pretty standard dishes which are always available (until we run out!)

The Full Monty £17 (This is a large box with some of all of our dishes so that you can try a bit of everything and is enough for 2)
   


All main meals come with our rice and peas (vegan, gluten free) and our coconut and lime coleslaw (vegetarian)
We also provide our own sauces- Hot pepper (made from scotch bonnet peppers- gluten free and vegan) and Sweet pepper (made from red peppers and red onions- gluten free and vegan)


 Product sourcing
Obviously lots of our ingredients are fairly exotic and we have to buy from London or Bristol which can make things more costly for us. Wherever possible we try to also use local products in place of these as long as authenticity can be maintained- using our own home grown courgettes and our homegrown chard in place of tinned callaloo for example. We are currently trying to expand this as much as possible in our own garden and experimenting with growing our own Scotch bonnet peppers, okra, corn and herbs in order to avoid unnecessary transportation of products (and because it's fun too!)
Our chicken is provided by Withecombe's butcher in Barnstaple and wherever possible we try to source goat and mutton from local producers in Devon.
